Ford RS200 Takes On an Extreme Course
Ford RS200 Challenge in Forza Horizon 6 puts the legendary rally car on a challenging obstacle course. Huge jumps, shipping containers, narrow platforms, steep climbs, water sections, and technical turns create plenty of variety. This gameplay follows the RS200 from the starting line to the finish of the Pier Pressure event.
Ford RS200 Challenge Enters the Course
The Ford RS200 sets off on the Pier Pressure route, where ramps and technical sections quickly put its handling to the test. Unlike a traditional road race, the event focuses on precision, jumps, and navigating unusual sections of the course. The compact size and quick acceleration of the classic Ford make it well suited to this type of driving.
Huge Jumps Across the Course
One of the highlights is the series of huge jumps across the industrial area. The RS200 launches high above shipping containers and festival structures before landing on narrow sections of the route. Maintaining enough speed for each jump while preparing for the landing becomes an important part of the run.
Racing Across Shipping Containers
The route continues onto elevated shipping containers, where there is much less room for mistakes. Narrow paths, sharp changes in direction, and barriers make precise steering essential. Some sections send the Ford from one container to another, combining speed with careful vehicle control.
One of the most dramatic moments comes high above the ground. The route suddenly ends at the edge of an elevated container, sending the Ford RS200 off the platform and down to a lower section of the course. The sudden drop adds another unexpected element before the car continues along the route.
Container Climb in the Ford RS200 Challenge
The route becomes more technical during the Container Climb. The RS200 must follow elevated paths and ramps while moving through the busy festival environment. A mistake can quickly send the car away from the ideal line and cost valuable time.
Water, Gravel and Changing Surfaces
The course does not stay above the containers for the entire run. The Ford eventually reaches wet and gravel sections, creating a completely different driving experience. Water sprays around the RS200 as it crosses the flooded area before returning to ramps and elevated structures.
Ford RS200 Challenge Heads Into the Warehouse
Later, the route moves inside a large warehouse. Steep ramps and tighter spaces replace the open container sections. The Ford RS200 climbs through the building while following the course toward the final part of the event.
Final Stage of the Course
Near the end, the RS200 faces more jumps, sharp turns, and fast transitions between different levels. At around 93% of the event, the car drives onto glass floor that suddenly breaks under its weight. The Ford drops to the level below and crashes head-on into a beam, costing valuable seconds just before the finish.
Despite the crash, the RS200 continues and completes the Pier Pressure route in 4:08.551, earning two stars. A finish below 4:00 would have secured three stars, so the time lost during the final drop makes a significant difference to the result.
Overall, this Forza Horizon 6 gameplay showcases the Ford RS200 across a course that combines stunt driving, precision, huge jumps, elevated containers, sudden drops, and changing surfaces instead of a conventional race. More racing and driving gameplay can be found on the CxD Games channel.
